This privacy policy applies to the Connect Ball mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for Android devices that was created by NaseerStudio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as an Ad-Supported service. This service is provided for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information includes:

  • Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
  • Advertising ID: Your device's advertising identifier used for personalized advertising
  • Approximate Location: General location data (country/region level) derived from your IP address for serving region-appropriate advertisements

What is collected by AdMob (advertising network):

  • Device advertising ID
  • IP address (for ad serving and fraud prevention)
  • General location (derived from IP)
  • App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks)

The Application does NOT collect:

  • Precise GPS location data
  • Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
  • Photos, contacts, or other personal files
  • Payment or financial information

The Service Provider may use the information collected to:

  • Provide and maintain the Application
  • Display personalized advertisements through AdMob
  • Send important notices about the Application (e.g., updates, policy changes)

Note: Game progress and user settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We do not currently collect detailed usage analytics.

Note: Connect Ball currently does not use Firebase Analytics or other third-party analytics services. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

The Service Provider values your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including:

  • Secure cloud storage with industry-standard protection
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited access to data by authorized personnel only

However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Contact Us section below). Please note that some data may be retained for legal or security purposes.

Children's Privacy

The Application is rated "Everyone" and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

  • Using the "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting on your Android device (Settings → Google → Ads)

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to the United States and process it there.

The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Providing in-app notification for material changes
